We see five main downside risks at present: stretched valuations, the impending end of central bank stimulus, normalization of earnings growth, deteriorating inflation outlook and rising geopolitical risk. The Asset Allocation Committee has maintained the cautious stance we adopted at the start of the year.

In his video, the global multi-asset head of T. Rowe Price, Sebastien Page (photo) discusses these risks in more detail.
